Ordered around 3pm, received email not long after confirming my order was on it's way. Next day,10am it had arrived. They also sent me a link to track my purchase but the delivery was so fast I didn't get a chance to click on the link. I purchased a "non brand" colour printer cartridge, works exactly like it was supposed to. I printed onto an iron on transfer. The transfer paper was the correct brand and pricey. Washed the t-shirt and to my surprise the printer ink stayed put but the expensive transfer paper that was purchased elsewhere came off in random spots! All round 5 stars for product, price, service and delivery!

After receiving my order of 10 Generic Ink Cartridges ( Two of Each Colour) I noticed that the Ink levels of the Magenta & Yellow Cartridges were much lower from the top of the Cartridge (5-6mm) than the Cyan & Black. I immediately contacted the Supplier & he ask me to take pictures the cartridges. I did this & sent them to him. His reply was as follows: Thank you for your email. There are normally excessive amount filled into the cartridges. There is a chip on each cartridge which controls how many pages a cartridge can print. The ink filled in the cartridges are more than the content of the chip counter, some of them are filled a little bit more and some of them are a lot of more. If the printer still shows there are ink in the cartridge but it is already empty and prints blank, you may let me know, I can send a new one to you. After this unsatisfactory reply it was obvious the supplier was not going to send replacement cartridges & there was no way I could monitor what he was asking me to do. After this experience I will be ordering from another supplier.
