The cartridges I ordered were received promptly and were as advertised. ie Genuine Canon cartridges.
I have had many companies deliver items from an on-line sale to which have never made it to my door. I asked this company to not deliver on certain days and they obliged. I found a delivery note and went to the local post office for collection. Other companies had just left the parcel at my door and said it was delivered, but I had no parcel. It was a battle to get my money back for something I didn't receive.
