When I've un out of ink on a weekend, its so easy to order online, working from home mostly, an awesome company get me my order usually within 1/2 business days. I would recommend Cartridge Sale to anyone for all your printer needs, and queries too!!
Very happy with the service
Received old expired stock with an expiry date of over 2years old. When I asked for a replacement advised "sorry nothing we can do...it must be from an old orders of yours". Claim their quality assurance system would not permit this. No quality system is 100% and the replacement, which would have cost $15/$20, would have kept a customer for life rather than them going elsewhere. I would not recommend this company. They do not have a good understanding of their legal obligation under the Australian Consumer Act.

Ordered my cartridges by choosing the ones suitable for my printer giving me a choice of genetic or manufacturers brand. Received them within a few days of order so I didn't loose any time not being able to print.

Cartridges were ordered at 3.30pm on Wednesday, and arrived by Australia Post courier at 7am Thursday. Prices were also very good. Happy customer.
