Had the cartridges in now for two weeks no problems yet , used calidad last time from K Mart and had nothing but trouble, did not last long and printer did not like accepting calidad cartridges. Good luck

I am sorry to say but I don't think I shall be ordering again. The young man who took my order (I belive his name was Eric) was very obliging and tried his best. However the delivery service was very bad. I ordered it on the Saturday but I didn't receive it till Tuesday. Barbara
