I purchased after market toners for Brother printer and had significant leakage problems on more. The other problem is that they did not have the volume of prints advertised. I'm dumping this mob for a more reliable products.

Postage was quick, but my black cartridge was empty. Printer wouldn’t work, kept telling me it was empty. Got a refund. Now have to buy from somewhere else.

Original HP 950XL & 951 cartridges are hard to find or cost $200+ to replace. I was hesitant because of compatability but these alternatives cost $35 and work perfectly.

I always use these guys. Last year they accepted the return of cartridges I had purchased from them only for the printer to die (there was an admin fee but I still got a solid credit). They held the credit for over six months until I needed to purchase cartridges for my new printer, then applied the credit as promised. Deliveries are always fast and I've never had trouble with a cartridge (I don't buy the original brand cartridges). Very highly recommend this company!

They refused to replace a faulty cartidge telling it was passed the expired date of 2018 even though i bought the cartidge in 2019 many e mails explaining the situation and they still refused to to replace the item

Good Service, but if your in business you cant afford to buy these cartridges, you'll spend more time trying to get them to work than the money you save. Every time I put one in I have had issues, some have not worked at all, they are not set up correctly for immediate use. One new one I put in the printer it said replace cartridge before I used it. That one got binned.

Delivery address was clearly marked on the package but the courier left package at number 78 and not 82 which is our address. Both house numbers were clearly marked. When package was not delivered we had to follow up with the courier and check with the neighbours to find our package. Without this delivery mix up our goods would have been received within 24 hours of ordering. Except for this delivery, we are happy with Cartridge Sale.
