I should have followed my gut and gone with Carbrain from the beginning, but I had another company come up with an offer for just a few dollars more right before I was about to go with CB ...big mistake. Communication was spotty and scheduled pick up fell through. I called Carbrain back and Elmer knocked it out, on a Saturday morning no less. The Car Brain team was very efficient and the communication was excellent!! I called on a Monday and my car was sold and picked up on the Thursday after Christmas. The offer they gave me was kind of low but they shopped my vehicle around to try to get a better offer but the offers were even lower. So I went with original offer.
