Customers can now also order semi-tailored seat covers, these are available in heavy duty or quilted material. Choose from black, grey, navy, green and electric blue. I purchased the highest price set of 4 mats from this online retailer. Not the quality portrayed or accurate description on the car mats website. These mats are NOT velour, they are rough to the touch and similar quality to mats found at high street stores or even at Tesco’s which are at a fraction of the price. They are also finished with an ugly visible company label to the visible edging of the drivers mat, not the premium quality look I was going for at this price point. When I contacted the company to ask if I’d been sent the correct product they confirmed that I had. I asked for a return and refund to which I was told to return at my own cost and a further 25% of the purchase price deduction in a refund. Mistake, avoid if you don’t want to be fleeced.
