Haven’t leased a car before, but have approached a few companies over the last couple of days to move forward with a lease. From submitting the initial enquiry to reserving and ordering my car took no time at all, Joe was friendly and helpful and offered reassurance in progressing my lease contract. Finally, I got the answer whom I need to contact for Maintainence and service related queries. A MONTH UPDATE: THEY ARE SO HELPFUL UNTIL YOU GET THE CAR FROM THEM. ONCE YOU SIGNED THE AGREEMENT, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO HELP YOU. Fantastic Service I discovered Car Lease Special Offers through leasing.com. After enquiring about a new vehicle, within a few minutes I had a quotation and a few options to suit my needs. Joe was my point of contact who was always very quick to respond to emails and picked up the phone immediately. A minor setback was quickly rectified (no fault of the company) and I ended up better off because of it. 5 star rating proved to be correct. Joe Cooper was able to get me an 'in stock' Fiat 500 when they are as rare as 'hens teeth.' Very professional, very straight forward to deal with and a really good price. Process slick and easy, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
