Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a in stock car got all the documents done asap so that I can get it delivered asap. But as soon as I paid the admin fee they just kept messing around using the same excuse every time telling me the car needs a different funder. The guy is a complete moron - everytime I’d phone he would say “ yeah I’ve just got off the phone with them “ or something silly when I know for a fact he hasn’t done anything. More than likely they have sold the car elsewhere and didn’t want to tell me.. as soon as I asked for a refund there was no hesitation so obviously they messed up! If you want a car on lease don’t go to these guys , “ special offers “ more like let’s take your admin fee and waste your time. Complete Doughnuts STAY CLEAR ! if you want a lease car go to someone who promotes a good service and has good communication seeing as I was constantly chasing them up when I’m supposed to be the customer????

Grant guided me through the whole process, answered all questions, supplied all relevant information, sorted finance application and ensured my order was a very smooth and easy process. Grant then passed me onto the customer services department who so far have been equally as efficient with communication and completing the deal.

Great customer service from the start, very knowledgable, offered very competitive prices. Initial finance application was rejected due to a discrepancy in my credit report, was guided through the appeal process and the decision was overturned within a few days. Even text me on the Saturday morning to let me know this is the case. Would 100% be my first port of call for future vehicles.
