Receipt of my order was quick, it was packaged well and my candy is fresh - no complaints!
Ordered arrived late and they were melted and leaking out of the box. I never contacted CS bc as you can see they aren't the best at communicating whatsoever. When I DID reach out to customer service to see where my "missing" package was I never was notified about my package suddenly arriving "late" bc of weather. I paid extra for expidited shipping so "weather" was not a concern when I thought my order would be properly packaged for it's journey.

Excellent product and easy buying experience. I purchased buttermints and caramels for a wedding. They arrived packaged very well in insulated packaging with a cooler pack. Candy was fresh. Arrived on time. No issues
Not pleased with the product. The bag of candy had a hole in it so some of the candy was stale. Ordered the blue gummy fish and most of them were cut in half. Flavor was okay, but not great. I didn't complain because it was too late to do anything about it as they were for an event. Ended up not using them. And won't be eating them. As far as delivery and everything, it was timely so no complaints there.... just don't buy the blue gummy fish.
