Ordered an Easter Basket to be delivered day-of, with a month of lead time. Was only informed of order cancellation with one week remaining, and no explanation as to why. Found better and less expensive basket on Amazon that still managed to deliver on time.

I enjoyed the product but I paid for a 5 pound bag and I’m all actuality it was a little under 4 pounds. (Separating then equally for kids) was extremely annoyed by this.

absolutely the best customer service..I ordered something that hadn't been available for a long time, and they sent me an email saying it was available again. I ordered the product and it was taking quite awhile to receive it, so contacted them, and Colleen emailed and called me every few weeks to keep me informed as to what was going on. Since it took a little longer to receive, they refunded my shipping cost, too...A+ service and great products....way to go

I was under the impression from your website that I was ordering a large bag of sugar-free lifesavers, only to find out that was not the case. I received several very small bags of the item, which I could have ordered for much less from other websites. Very deceiving and what I think is a bit of a bait and switch.
The company was Great to deal with. They didn’t have something that I ordered. They sent me two emails and held the order until I called them the next day.Instead of just shipping out my order without it. When I called they check to see if they had it in different colors for me that way I could still get it.I appreciate that so much.
