One area for improvement would be the ability to duplicate email templates more efficiently. Currently, templates can only be copied one at a time, which can be a bit slow when managing multiple campaigns. A bulk-copy feature would significantly improve workflow efficiency. We’re also excited about the potential for AI-driven enhancements in 2025, which could further streamline our email marketing process. Overall, Campaigner has been a solid asset in supporting our company's email marketing efforts. Appreciated!

This user-friendly service offers in-depth design features and powerful analytics, which have been instrumental in helping us grow our audience.

Overall a solid platform. There are a few UI tweaks that could be made to make the platform a little bit easier but as far as being able to manage templates, campaigns and customer contact info it certainly gets the job done.

We've been using Campaigner for our real estate brokerage and coworking facility for about six years now, and their customer service has been consistently excellent. Anytime we have a question or an issue, their 24/7 support is always there to help. It's refreshing to speak directly with a person rather than having to submit an email and wait for a response. They’ve always been willing to work with us, which we truly appreciate.

While Campaigner could make a few tweaks here and there so help become a little more user-friendly for those who are not as tech savvy, the platform and their product is very solid. Content creation options are abundant and diverse, and the emails reach the targets. Definitely sticking with this company.

I don't have much experience with Campaigner so I've had to contact tech support a few times. Their team is amazing! They have helped me figure out everything. Really appreciate it them!!

We have been working with Campaigner for the past few years and we have noticed more glitches have started to spring up. We get signed out randomly and there are times when the program won't react to what we are clicking on. The digital storage for pictures is extremely low.

My organization has been using Campaigner since before I came on board in 2018. I've found Campaigner easy to use. They've updated their software within the last year or two to include 2FA and Text Messaging. We are in the process of adding SMS messaging to our workflow. I do wish the process of adding SMS had been more straight-forward on the website, as it had us pivoting some of our plans, but the customer service representative we worked with helped answer our questions and walk us through the process.

Campaigner as a company has been great to work with and collaborate alongside with our franchise system. Their account managers are prompt, nice and easy to work with and quick to address things when issues arise. We recommend Campaigner to fellow franchise systems as they have put together a workflow that allows for easy customization, robust workflows and contact tracking stats that are nice to share with our clients/franchisees.

We've been with Campaigner for over 10 years. Whenever an issue or question pops up their customer service has always been excellent. The've always been willing to work with us and it's nice to be able to talk to a person rather than submit an email and wait for an email response. Having real people available 24/7 is a gamechanger for us.

We have been a customer for years and for the most part did ok with Campaigner. I needed help the other day and I got a very good support tech. He wasn't able to completely fix my issue. But he did try hard and I appreciate that. My biggest issue is that they have quit supporting the user friendly editor that I have been using for years. I have hundreds campaigns built. Now I have to use 1 of 2 very difficult editors and cannot use all of my previous campaigns in the future. I have tried to numerous times to learn and use the new editors but they are complex. I have yet to build a new campaign I like. So I am paying for a service that I cannot use. The original editor was so user friendly. All it needed were some more color options. But a great campaign could be built without a lot of frustration. Now it is the opposite. I am looking for a new market site. One that actually is helpful to me. But again, I will say. When I have received actual human support in the past, they have tried hard to fix my issues. Unfortunately they cannot bring back the original editor.

Campaigner let's me send emails to my subscribers the way that best meets our needs! Their platform easily accepts html code and allows you to see how it will display. Thanks Campaigner!
