I ordered several items, which were received very promptly to the delivery address as requested. However, when I picked up the parcel on Saturday evening, it was only then that I realised 1 item was missing. I left a voice message and emailed the company immediately because I needed the item urgently. To my amazement I received a telephone call the very same evening to discuss my order and to resolve the situation. Not only excellent service but excellent customer service which seems to be rare these days. I would certainly use this company again.
