I ordered some cupcake boxes recently and I was very impressed with the service. I had trouble ordering online (error on my side, not theirs) so placed a call to the company who were more than happy to take the order over the phone. These people are very nice, helpful and quick to act. However, the delivery system currently in use does not allow for tracking and is slow and inefficient. Which means, once the parcel leaves them, there is no way to know where when or how it will arrive! I ordered my goods on the 21st of March for a 2 -3 day delivery, it is now 26th and still not delivery! They called me back to say sorry, but as they can't track the parcel they can't help me, quite a problem when you are meeting deadlines.
