My experience with buyaCar was good. Although it takes a while to receive the car, a lot is being done behind the scenes to ensure the car is in the condition advertised. I was initially worried about buying a car without actually seeing it, but with BuyaCar you don’t need to worry.

Waited 3 weeks only to be told the 1st lender pulled out who was offering 10 per cent interest but they had a 2nd lender who wanted 19 per cent. Next call the car has more milage on the clock than stated. Next call the car has dents and scratches. Wasted my time. Don't buy from them or any on line car dealers. Go to your local dealer a lot quicker and you can actually see the car. Not someone who describes a car that's nothing like what they are actually selling.

I had a fairly seamless experience with Buyacar and would highly recommend them. They have a great range of cars to choose from, which was the main reason for using them. I wanted an Audi TT in a fairly rare colour so was struggling to find one anywhere except Buyacar (I liked that home delivery was included as the car I found was all the way in Scotland and I'm in the Midlands!). The finance calculator on their website is really handy and I played around with the numbers before applying for a PCP option. They got back to me the same day to say I was approved and chat through the details and everyone I spoke to was super friendly, professional and helpful (especially a sales rep named Isabelle). I'd already paid the £199 deposit to reserve the car and this was the only part of the experience I would critique. While on the phone, they spoke to me about the process and how they would send through an order form and I happened to mention that I wanted to test drive the same model at a local dealership to be sure on the car I'd chosen so would it be possible to wait a few days before signing. They then explained that the initial deposit only secures the car for 24 hours; after that you either need to progress with the sale or the car will be released online again and could be potentially purchased by someone else. This in itself is not an issue (I understand they can't have people reserving for endless time with no intention to buy) but it's not clear on the website at all or on the email confirmation. It was only by chance that I asked, otherwise I may have held off and lost out on the car, which would've been upsetting as it was a rare find. It seems as though this is what's happened with some of the people who've left bad reviews so Buyacar may do well to make this clearer for people. So I went ahead with the sale anyway and the whole process was pretty simple; communication from them was always really fast and helpful whenever I emailed with a query. When the car was delivered, I was over the moon with it; great quality, exactly as expected and the guy who delivered it gave me a full tutorial of the car and all its functions. It took 16 days from the day I initially reserved the car to it being delivered (worth noting if you're trying to line up getting a new one and getting rid of your current one) and I'm super happy with the way it drives, the way it looks and my whole buying experience. I'd definitely use them again.

I had misgivings about buying a car online, and not in the 'traditional way' of seeing it and driving it, but I was positively encouraged by the outstanding reviews and decided to give it a go. I am pleased to say it was a good decision. The sales and operational teams were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and highly professional, particularly as there were delays at my end. I have just taken delivery of the car, and I am extremely pleased with it. I am 'converted' and think this is the way forward. I highly recommend Buyacar.

Very straight forward proceedure, staff was great at managing everything in order to get the car i wanted, always happy to help and easy to contact. I would advise using this company if you're looking to buy a car . When the car was delivered it was better than i expected.

I searched online for a suitable vehicle & found mine on this website. Buyacar.co.uk the minute I started my order I knew I'd made the right decision as they were fantastic. Every step of the way, from acknowledging the order to any questions I had were answered straight away. Delivery if the car was perfect and on time. I found this whole experience very easy and stress free. I had one small hiccup with delivery which was rectified immediately and i even got some financial compensation! Everyone i spoke to from Buyacar was excellent and always did whatever they said they would do right away. Brilliant service.

Sent an enquiry heard nothing

Iv recently bought a Mazda 6 estate from this dealership there customer service has been fantastic they dropped the car eventhough I live miles away from the garage I had a few problems after driving it they’ve even picked the car to fix it no problems asked iv been a bit of a awkward customer as of the distance but the help and service they offer is unreal even though the distance is far I know where I’m buying my future cars from so massive Thankyou to all the staff at the garage for your assistance

Good customer service friendly and professional

No Value Add I don't really see what additional value buyacar provide to simply buying directly from a dealer. I brought a car through them and only found roadblocks, and additional slowness throughout the process for an added cost of £200 (and probably an uplift on the car price as well). Also for a larger firm, I would expect more mature payment options than making a bank transfer (which is quite insecure...). Then the interactions with the Sales team were very slow and often not helpful and patronising. I would really recommend going directly to dealers who seem to pay more attention to their customers

I found buyacar easy to use, find your car place a deposit, few days later car is confirmed. If at any point you have doubts, talk to them they are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Car turned up on time and more importantly as described. The car is a dream to drive as well!

My experience was very painless and the staff I talk to on the phone and emails were very helpful. Having the car delivered to me was great. Would probably get my next from them again too.
