Ordered 2 victorinox serrated tomato knives from here as they were the best priced I could find. Upon delivery (which was quick) I found my package had been torn open and one of my knives was missing. After contacting the company they responded quickly, apologised and sent a replacement knife free of charge within 3 days. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use this company again when in need of a new chef knife for my kit.
