I specifically chose this supplier for the excellent rating on Trustpilot, hoping to receive a relevant support in case something goes wrong. Quite the opposite happened unfortunately. I ordered a knife but when I received it, I noticed it was scratched on both sides of the blade - nothing extreme but definitely visible. When I contacted the seller, the response was extremely poor. In short, every knife will eventually get scratched so I have to accept it. I paid for a brand-new knife and I expected it to be in such condition. The only option I was left with was to return the knife for a full refund at my own cost. I actually decided to return it and believe it or not but this was the first time in my life I made the decision to return something knowing I'd need to cover the postage. This experience left me with £6 out of my pocket and learning something new - ratings really don't matter.
