Their back-order policy is not clear. They indicate that the order has been canceled, but in reality it has not. Otherwise they have a great selection and their prices are reasonable.

Took a long time to receive order. Over a month. The item was out of stock, but I did not get any updates at any time from BulbConnection. Had to contact the company to find out status.
Great customer service The Bulb I received was damaged and they didn't even hesitate to send a new one.
Good selection and prices. Reasonable shipping charges. However my order was unilaterally cancelled twice because of a back order item forcing me to replace a new order each time. I would have preferred to wait for them to ship it when available or simply asked what I wanted to do in the situation. It finally worked out though and item was well packaged.
We received our bulbs, none were broken. Work well.

AS this was my first purchase from BulbConnection, the only negative was the delayed delivery time. However, this delayed delivery was due to the manufacturer and not BulbConnection.com), I was happy with the price, product and notifications from BulbConnection. I would recommend this company to others.
Your prices are fair and competitive but your shipping cost is a killer. Shipping cost more than the bulb and we're talking about bulbs but you do carry hard to find items.
