i was looking for a replacement bulb for 15-year-old hanging lamp. The bulb engraving said USHIO JAPAN 120V 100W YP. I looked on the BulbConnection website and didn't find the exact bulb, but I did find Ushio 1000968 which appeared to have the same dimensions and was labeled JCV120V-100WGB. I chatted with someone at BulbConnection and asked if this was the replacement bulb. The agent found no record of any YP bulb. However, she said it would likely work if it was the same size, and I could return the bulb if it didn't work. I ordered 6 to make sure I had some for the future. The bulbs promptly arrived well packaged, and worked perfectly!
