I recently had a set of custom car door sill kick plates engraved and paint-infilled by Brunel Engineering Ltd. and the experience was great from start to finish. Really pleased with the end result and communication was good from initial inquiry to final delivery. Delivery was prompt, and the plates were packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit. Good communications and service level delivery
I needed to find a company to produce a stainless steel plaque for my wife’s memorial bench. I found the company by an internet search. I checked their website. It explained precisely what I needed and how to order, which I did. An easy process. I also phoned the company to check some details. Excellent clear customer service. Ordered the plaque. Paid by card. All straight forward. Received up dates on progress and on dispatch following the receipt of a test layout. Delivery was exactly as indicated with text giving the day and hourly delivery slot. This company was perfect. I cannot praise them enough. I would not go elsewhere if I needed a similar product in the future. No reservations. I’d give 6 star, if available.

Easy process from start to finish. They made a lovely plaque in my father's memory. Offered some design options and allowed me to correct some mistakes I made. Reasonable price and nice people.
The website was really easy to use (always a good start!). The communication was great. Really quick delivery and the product was really well made and we were really pleased with it. The only thing I would say is that I purchased a wall mounted plaque and I thought it would have come with the brass wall fixings but it didn't.
We have use Brunel for many years to make the pew plaques that we have in our church. The plaques are well made and the process very easy. They are a very friendly manufacturer and are always available at the end of the phone to help me. We have also had a few A4sized plaques that are pre mounted. These are beautiful and look perfect for the inside of a church.
Quick turnaround great product I’ve used Brunel a lot and they have produced some complex panels as well as labels for me.
