The brass plaques were fine, though one of the screws is unusable. However, the parcel was not delivered as promised. Despite waime.iting for the doorbell or a knock, the driver simply reported by text that he could not deliver and had left a card (he didn't).

This was the second time I've used the services of Brunel Engraving to produce a small wood-and-brass wall mounted plaque, for presentation to the chief instructor of our London-based martial arts academy on a major anniversary. Just as previously, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. And it actually turned out slightly cheaper than last time, since (amazingly) they still had our logo artwork on file from 5 years ago! A proof arrived very swiftly, a revised version following some rewording came equally quickly, and the finished article was delivered nicely in time for our event. Highly recommended.
