I got my jordanian visa done by them. My point of contact was Mr Aman. Great guy. He went above and beyond with his service by helping out with any information regarding forex, covid protocol and tickets even though i only got my visa issued through them. My second time using Brightsun for visa and pleased with the service both times.
Had a vey good experience while dealing with Mr Aman for Visa for my son. A very dedicated, responsive and knowledgeable person.
Extremely disappointed. Passenger was unable to fly due to corona symptoms and the travel agency had clearly mentioned not to fly if there were corona symptons. The agency failed to represent the case properly with the airline to waive no show fee. Booking with agency is same as doing online.
