It was my first experience with Brightsun, and i am fully satisfied with the services provided by Sharda. She was flexible, provided options and lowest rates. You interface for E-Tickets, Invoices needs to be improved and instead of providing webpage e-ticket and Invoice, you should have professional pdf format e-ticket and invoice facility for clients as pdf is mostly used format for all purposes.
