I'm not to tech savvy, so they let me send by email, which after several phone calls I got exactly what I needed for my book, they are quick to answer phones and tweak editing for me, so so pleased, and have just sold my first book. From the moment I sent my manuscript on a memory stick to the end product I was given 100% assistance from my personal contacts Sarah and Sasha every step of the way. I had inadvertently incorrectly stored the documents on the memory stick, I was advised what the problem was and talked through how to store it correctly step by step. After returning it correctly on the memory stick once Sasha had downloaded it onto her files she called me and went through all 504 pages. Suggested a printed proof for my book was the best option I was delighted to receive the copy proof. I made amendments to some of my errors, asked if some pages could be moved around and some cosmetic changes. All we’re done for me, I could check the progress of my book every step of the way on line, I knew what stage it was at in its production. When I approved the final proof again I could follow the progress. The day my book arrived at our home I was amazed at the quality of the whole book, it was full of beautiful full colour photographs of our Bernese Mountain Dogs, charts, pedigrees, statistics etc. Being a time served bookbinder myself I knew what I wanted, I can honestly say the end product was PERFECT in every way. Every member of staff involved did a fantastic job of my book. I would highly and only recommend this company to anyone wanting their work Printing and publishing them. I will 100% use them for my next planned project.

Great service! They will guide you via the website through to get exactly what you want. From proof to printing and delivery was very smooth and in a responsible timescale. Good value for money for small individualised projects. Grandkids got a copy of Grandpa’s memoirs for Christmas. Would definitely use again!

I would give this company more than five stars if I could. They have supported me with patience, information, explanations and expertise for two years as I edited my mum's autobiography. This was an epic task for me and I could never have turned the manuscript into a book without their help. We finally made it all the way to print and the finished book looks amazing. My mum is 93 and her memories of growing up in London in the 1930s, and the experiences of her life since then have made a very special gift for family members. The price is incredibly reasonable given the amount of effort the team put into helping us achieve the result. Thank you to everyone involved.
