Could have spent the day phoning around, but getting three companies straight off was a great start. First person sent in a couple of quotes, but the price before & after vat didn't match up! The second person told me what he'd do and how he'd do the instilation. The thrd impressed me as he was the only person who listened to what I had to say, had his quote in first thing the next day, his quote detailed my exact requirements.

I used Boiler Guide to help me arrange for a replacement boiler when my old unit started to die. They put me in contact with three local plumbing companies and this allowed me to very smoothly arrange for a new boiler to be fitted. I found the boiler guide service to be VERY easy to use and very effective.

I needed my boiler replaced and requested quotes from various suppliers. Double R Plumbing was the first to contact me and to come for a viewing in less than 24hrs after my enquiry. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and sent me a quote shortly after. He procured the new boiler, removed the old one and was extremely professional and pleasant throughout. He also sorted out a few other issues I had with the sink and shower and, unlike other suppliers who could not commit for weeks, he was able to sort everything out in a day. I am delighted with the result and I highly recommend Robert Robinson.

Great service. I entered my details into the website and they rang me back within ten minutes. They were very polite, efficient and helpful. I had one quote within 20 mins of entering my details into the site and 2 other installers booked in to survey for a quote the next day.

The online form process was quick and simple and I had my 3 boiler quotes within a couple of days. Very good service.
