Excellent, honest man with integrity and respect for his customers. The only tradesman that did not charge me for a diagnosis of the problems with my boiler. Several others took my money and the fault remained. This is the company I would use in the future. A quiet respectful man that has both the experience and knowledge.

Boiler Guide boasts "Boiler Guide is the go to place to source free no obligation boiler replacement quotes...". We want to replace our faulty gas boiler with an electric boiler. Boiler Guide provides a lot of useful information about electric boilers on their website so we took up their offer of requesting 3 no obligation quotes. The disappointing result was "We’re really sorry but despite a lot of effort, we’ve not been able to find any Electric Boiler engineers to help with your enquiry". We live in a small town in Somerset and if this is a problem the website should say that they only serve particular areas of the country. We have wasted time and are back at square one!!

Within one hour I had three companies contact me.

My Halstead boiler had finally failed after nearly 20 years of faithful service, leaving me without hot water or heating during an icy week in January. It turns out that the condensation pipe had been leaking internally for the last six years! So as I am not well versed in the modern world of boilers, I turned to the internet. I found the Boiler Guide (Boiler Hunt) website, which in turn was able to put me in contact with three local heating installers after having first tried to interest me in nationwide boiler installers. I quickly rejected the nationwide installer option and opted for three local installers. The first candidate was very inexperienced and so quickly rejected. The third candidate was County Plumbers Ltd of Brighton, who came armed with the latest trade magazine and, in less than 10 minutes, outlined what I required whilst showing me the trade prices as they went along. They were brilliant, but they had responded so late to the request put out on Boiler Guide that I had already 90% agreed to use Hartswood Heating LTD by that time. The prices on the two quotations were roughly the same!

Got a phone call from a supplier within 30 minutes of making an enquiry on Boiler Guide. Also go numerouis quotes elsewhere but the one I used was CAFgas which was the best quote received and came through Boiler Guide.Installed within a week of quote and really pleased with my new Worcester Bosch 30Kw boiler - Thank You

County Plumbers gave me an affordable quotation for an excellent boiler which has a 10 year warranty. They were able to do the installation the following Saturday - within days - and the boiler was ordered from the suppliers, with everything being set-up competently and professionally. They completed the work very efficiently within 5 to 6 hours of arriving, working non-stop. I am extremely pleased with the boiler and would thoroughly recommend them.

Called boiler guide and they took my details to pass on to what I thought would be a company to help me with my purchase and installation of a new boiler. Unfortunately all I got were 3 call centres ringing me with hard sell. Not what I had hoped for!
