Connected us with excellent plumbers and did everything they promised. Very fast and efficient!

I would have preferred to be emailed rather than lots of phone calls. I am a busy working mum. Taking time out to answer these calls and having to answer the same questions again and again is not helpful.

Found Boiler Guide while searching on line for a new combi boiler and installer. After answering a few questions on line about my house and type of boiler I wanted, they sent me details of 3 gas approved installers. The one I picked was local only a few miles away with good reviews. They contacted me for a site visit and quoted and installed within a few days. Very happy with the price and installation. Boiler Guide even phoned me later to check all was well. Very good service from Boiler Guide and should be first port of call when looking for a new boiler.
