My Update: WOW!!. I've updated my review after contact from Clarence at BITSMart, who patiently explained the Tax Invoice delay involving credit card payments. I have since received the Tax Invoice, as promised, and am mightily impressed by the BITSmart teams promptness in responding to my initial review and the follow up to me personally. If I could select more stars, I would without hesitation, but 5 stars will have to do! Excellent service & highly recommended. My original Post: Like: - easy navigation of website to find product; competitive prices; fast, hassle-free ordering; & prompt delivery of product ordered, which came with instructions that I found useful. Dislike: - i'm still waiting to receive the Tax Invoice for my purchase despite sending an email to BITSMart after paying my order requesting that this be emailed to me - that was 4 days ago now.
