I have now bought two bottles of Birch Gin directly from Justin and Dawn at Wadhurst Farmer's Market. The first bottle was for me and it did not disappoint, very smooth and velvety with a real 'gin' flavour. I say this as some other gins taste a bit too Vodka-ry for me. The second bottle is for a Christmas present, the bottle and label are so pretty so I think is excellent as a gift. Lastly I would say that they are a thoroughly lovely couple and great people to buy from; you can tell that they love their product and are full of information about it. Many thanks.

A very pleasant gin which comes quite strongly through the tonic. The palate tastes a little sweet to me and floral.
