Quick shipment and great items. I got what I asked for.

The Bindertek books have been essential in organizing our files. It makes it easier and faster to find the documents you need. We also enjoy their 2-hole punch, dividers, and prongs for closing files. The cases and cart for taking the books to court with you are also great!

Excellent product I have been using for years. I was recently disappointed with a color no longer being available due to a change in suppliers (per the telephone contact). I have no other complaints.

Not satisfied.

I ordered 5 binders with accessories that I needed for clients ASAP. I paid for rush shipping and when the binders arrived they would not stay closed. The latch is a poor design. In my opinion, the only way the binders are "decent" is with the slipcover. Now, I am forced to place another order just to make the binders I bought presentable to clients.

So far their service is good. However their website needs to be updated.

We do a lot of work with corporations and LLC's. We used to use the traditional style corporate books and sets. A few years ago, I switched to Bindertek. We now use a Bindertek binder (with slip case cover) for every corporation and limited liability company. Bindertek products are better and more convenient to use than what we used to use, and the prices are much more reasonable. Have never - NEVER - had a problem with shipping or service.

Product was of nice quality, just not what I needed. I returned it six weeks ago, still waiting for a credit. I was told it was issued 3 weeks but has yet to show up on my credit card.

I've received great service from Bindertek with customer service people who really take the time to answer your questions and research products. We ordered 50 binders for our law office. The binders hold a quantity of documents and hold them securely, besides looking very professional on our shelves. My only complaint is that some of the new binders already show wear; splitting of the cover-material along the spine. The clear plastic covering the spine labels also breaks off on the top right corner when you insert a label.

I couldn't tell you enough great things about this company's products and excellent customer service. If you've ever held just one binder, you understand how great the product is. Further, I have on multiple occasions found myself in a tight spot (outside Bindertek's control) and they have worked with me to accomplish the seemingly impossible. Thanks Bindertek, keep it up!

I only use Bindertek binders in my law firm. I also like to use their tabs for my personal taxes. I'm an office supply nerd and these are the way to go.
