Y'all, I have put a LOT of bookshelves together in my 30-something life. This one was the pits. There were no written directions, just pictures that were extremely unclear. The assembly for the product is very complicated, and the pictorial instructions were confusing as hell. And this is an expensive piece of furniture! A $20 bookshelf from Walmart, I can understand bad instructions. But this? Sheesh. There were several pieces that will "lock" once you put them together, but if you do it in the wrong order you have to try to undo it and redo putting in the right piece before going back and trying again. (And do you know why it was in the wrong order? BECAUSE THE DIRECTIONS MADE NO SENSE.) Also the screws to secure the binder dividers wouldn't screw in - they'd just spin and spin. I am a semester away from a Master's degree and even with help from my super smart husband the directions (or lack thereof) were almost too confusing for me to get this damn thing together.

A quality company,selling a quality product. If your buying a binder for school this may be more price and quality than you need. However, if you are looking for something for important documents or manuals this is definitely what you're looking for and worth the price. I bought two binders for the owner's and user's manuals for my class A motor home. The originals were falling apart. The quality of the product I received is excellent, and taken care of should last a lifetime.

Bindertek promises you at last, a 3 ring binder that works..where it opens and shuts and the circles MATCH and you can actually move the interior sheets around without difficulty. About 1/3 of them FAIL within a month or two and the rings will NOT match on closure. Then when you try to flip the pages, they get caught just like any binder. They will tell you its because you opened the rings with your hands instead of the latch. NOLT TRUE..you can be as careful as a bomb disposal unit, it makes no difference.

A bit pricey and sometimes back ordered but worth it if you can afford them.

Ordered binders from here multiple times although my last order had a damaged binder, I'm sure they would have replaced it but I didn't have time to wait for a return so I used it anyway.

I placed my order and the next day, a sales rep. called to say the color I ordered had been discontinued. They sent my order quickly and I appreciated the personal touch instead of an email saying "sorry, your order cannot be filled, please try again"!!

I really like the Bindertek file archive boxes, and have ordered from them in the past. I recently ordered a new batch, but it will likely be my last. The reasonable price for the product quickly balloons into exorbitant once shipping, HST, customs, duties and brokerage fees are added on. Why so many other international business's bring it all together into one simple transaction and Bindertek cannot does not make me happy. I actually got called by UPS asking who my customer broker was! I am just a simple consumer; I don't have my own broker on hand. UPS did the brokerage for me and by the time it arrived at my door the product price had basically doubled. Sorry, but I will look on my side of the border for future purchase if this doesn't change.

The color I ordered was not available and Bindertek contacted me to see if I wanted a different color or to wait for the shipment to arrive 6 weeks later form England. I chose to wait since I didn't need them immediately. Thank you!

Great Binder.

I ordered an embossed seal which does not work with the gold seal paper. There was nothing printed that said it only worked on copy paper only

I got what I ordered quickly and promptly. I unfortunately had to return it as it was not the right size, however what I did receive was of great quality. Thanks!

This was my second order. The binders are very high quality and I needed more of them. I not only wanted binders that would store my records easily at arms length but would do so with a quality professional appearance. I also like the hole in the spine that makes them easy to pull and the armored baseplate that reduces ware.

We buy our binders, sheet protectors, dividers etc. from Bindertek. Our last Product we bought from Bindertek were Magnetic Glass Boards. Fantastic products very useful, while aesthetically beautiful; an enhancement for every office.

Nice binder - almost too nice. Just needed something to carry 8.5x11" photos. (Not much out there that opens horizontally/landscape rather than portrait.) This binder is fairly industrial in strength and has serious rings. They could make a step down for me to help with cost savings. Also didn't have a choice in timing on shipment -- took over 2 weeks. I'm used to most supplies in this category arriving in 2-5 business days.
