Great beef but shipping is too expensive, so I don't like to order much... why not do SF for 30 HKD?
The company did well. They missed one item during the delivery, but when I notified them, it was delivered immediately. The products are fantastic, tasty, and well-packaged.
The lamb chops are Ahhhh-mazing! Everything in our order was BOMB! I will definitely be ordering more!
The quality of the product and reasonable price.
Since I did not have access to a full-fledged barbecue over Easter, I opted for a deboned leg of lamb that did marvels in a small oven. Merci Chef Biltong !

Fat to meat ratio is very bad. It is extremely fatty without true taste of meat. I have bought 1.5kg which I’ll not be eating.
It tastes quite good. Will buy again when I finish the current stock.

The delivery was on the same day as planned, but it would be nice if the staff for delivery could contact me for the time of the delivery as it was later than expected. I tried to whatsapp the team to ask about it that night, but I never got any reply. The bone marrow is good. I have also ordered the Tomahawk Steak. I expected the steak to be a bit bigger than it was.

I ordered some ribeye steak and some beef borewors. first of all, when I cooked them the taste was really good, however I didn't realise that the meat would arrive frozen and it would need to be defrosted. I think this should be made clear when ordering. Also the Beef borewors that I ordered from the photo from the website were in a coil but when the borewors arrived they were a pack of sausages like you would buy in the supermarket. Like I say both tasted good but this can also be a little misleading.
