I’ve been a customer for over four years now. I’ve always had my card on file so they could charge it. I wasn’t sure the last time I placed your order, if I had given them my new card number. It turns out that I had not. Instead of calling me or messaging me, they did nothing. They just did not place my order without even bothering to contact me. I realize I am a small customer, but yet I was a loyal customer. They had no explanation for why they did not contact me. I have always paid upfront with no problems. And I asked them for my loyalty, could I receive a discount on a product that I buy every time every month. They were only willing to give me the 10%. I found someone else to give me the box for over 25% off and they didn’t even know me. I’ve never bought from them before. I just think Big D not getting in contact with their regular customer is poor business.
