I placed my order with one of your workers. Not the usual one I do business with. Told her what I wanted.After I called she noticed that Ii had not been chard an excise tax. I have been doing business with your company for around 2 years now. I never had a problem like this. She never call me back too tell me she was going to charge my account with a $35.00 excise tax. My order was around $70.00. It ended up costing me 105.00. I think that she was wrong taking it apopn her self to do that and not inform me. So I guess I will have to say goodbye to your company.
