My first order never arrived. I contacted customer service and was promised a replacement shipment. Never got that one either. I will NEVER order from them again. I will gladly pay more somewhere else to actually receive my order.

Aug. 2,21 All around just poor, ordered product June 6 constantly wrong product shipped no accountability. Any savings buying from them not worth the time and aggravation. Had to go to CC to get refund. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere

If I remember correctly it didnt ship until 3 or 4 days after I placed the order I think they can do better on that .

So far, I've been quite impressed with the company's service. Prompt and quick. I will say that it can take a little longer on deliveries when a promotion happens but that is to be expected. I wanted to add that latter comment so no one has the expectation that deliveries always follow the same process. If there is a 20 percent sale on the site you need to add a few days to the expected delivery, but it will get there.

Ordered nearly a month ago and they still haven't shipped the in stock items I ordered.

This was my first time purchasing from this company/website. After my first time I am sold! I will always go to this company first and see if they have my supplements before I go somewhere else. The customer service is AMAZING! I had questions about a supplement that was delayed on shipping. They responded fast when I emailed them! When I say fast I mean FAST! Within 20-30mins. Any other website I’ve reached out to waited a day or two to respond. I was offered another supplement since what I ordered was delayed. I was given options on similar supplements and was given detailed descriptions about them and was able to switch. I will always go to this site for all my supplement needs! They have almost everything I use at a big discounted price!!! Also the packaging was nicely packed as well so the supplements didn’t move around a lot! I’d give this site 10 stars if I could!!! Super nice and respectable people here!!! If you don’t use this company, you are wasting your time and money! Thank you for all your help!!! I’ll be back soon!!

Customer service was horrible. Waited over a week before contacting. Assured they were going to ship the next day. Three days later after that, still no shipping confirmation. I contacted again and ended up canceling order. They did not care about customer satisfaction. Will not order or recommend.

Placed an order for appr $ 250 on May 14, 2021 and received an order confirmation. The amount was imidiately drawn on my creditcard. I asked for status on June 10 and on June 15 got the answer that my order had a SHIPPING DELAYED status. I was given the option to order something else or cancel the order. On June 18 I cancelled the order and asked to have my money refunded. On this date, July 27, I have not received my refund of $250!! The response from Bestnutrition to the above Trustpilot review is that a refund has been sent to my bank and that I should contact my bank. I can't just call my bank and ask if they forgot to post a refund to my account. I need proof from Bestnutrition that the transfer actually has taken place in the form of a transaction receipt or copy of a transaction note with some form of bank transaction ID that can be traced. Bestnutrtion should never have charged for a product they knew they were unable to deliver in the first place so the ball is in their court on this issue.

best price nutrition is my go to for all my supplement needs. their service is usually fast, and in the rare cases where there's issues outside of their control, they are very responsive to any concerns. couldn't ask for better and have recommended them to friends and family. have been satisfied enough to keep using them, as I'm picky about who I order from, and service.
