Had good experiences with the company. Great prices and variety.

They refunded me for some of the order that they weren't able to fill, but then when I received the packages there were items in there that they refunded me for and there were other items that were missing. But since some of the items were in there that they refunded me for I didn't bother emailing them about the items that were missing. They just seem to have a lot of trouble properly filling orders. They do give you great deals though!

I placed an order 23 Oct 2021, states 4-6 business day shipping w/updates. After 10 bus days I emailed for a status-no reply emailed again asked for the status & shipping date. So I asked to be cancelled because they do not communicate well & I am a firm believer in "Say what you mean & mean what you say" I got a quick reply to the cancel or ship email.....a cancellation confirmation on 11 Nov 2021

I regularly shop Bestpricenutrition over the last 10 years. I have never had a problem with any order or shipping delays or refunds. I believe the 1-star reviews on here, are people that did not fully read or have no idea how to return or cancel an order. It says on each page by button to add to the cart, if there are shipping delays(warning even at check out). I had one delay and I canceled the order, received my refund that same week. No hiccups or problems. This company goes out of its way to take care of its customer base. I just cannot stand by and not speak out and express enough on providing me with great prices and great products with superb shipping! I believe someone had a bad day and took it out on this company. I've never received my order????

My order was cancelled after a month because the product I ordered was out of stock. It is still not in stock. I should have been informed the item was out of stock when I attempted to place my order and my order should not have been accepted.

I’ve ordered from Best Nutrition before normally a week to get product but still waiting a month later. I understand shipping issues, no staff we're all going through that. Just let those waiting for products “Hey we didn’t forget about you we are still waiting for shipment to come in”

Easy ordering and prompt shipping and delivery

I appreciate the prices, and also regular discount offers, from Best Price Nutrition. The latest order was, I realized, much later than I expected. About that time, I received a notification that there was a back order and asked if I wanted to substitute. I did. The replacement item was about 5.00 more than what I originally ordered. They simply substituted it with no additional charge, and nothing said about it. I really appreciated that!

Shipping time is much higher than other sites. Received email that this would be rectified but another order I placed had the same issue. BP sends an email Hip Hip Hooray! that the order was shipped but this is not the case. Instead of useless emails proclaiming that the order was received and blah blah blah, they should get their act together and just fill and ship the orders. Are they running a business or a comedy show?

Great products and prices. Shipping has been shotty at best the past few months. My orders have taken upto 10 days to for a shipping label to be created and then another week or so to be delivered even though I've paid extra for quicker delivery.
