I ordered 4 cases of water for a cost below $100 (Aquahydrate), the shipping for this order was over $100. When I ordered the shipping showed as $29. When I received the confirmation email, the shipping was over $100, I called and canceled the order. The young lady I spoke with on the phone gets a 5 star - she was really helpful and put in the refund request and did say that was a issue they were working on, but you really need to make sure your site gets the shipping right. The price of the water was great and I will buy if the shipping does not cost more than the product.

It was a good first time experience. Sometimes I worry about sites I don’t know and this was one of those. I had ordered a protein but I guess they weren’t in stock so they reached out and I picked a slightly more expensive one and they didn’t charge me extra just an even transaction. Which was nice.

I am very pleased with the product I ordered, The young man that took my order was pleasant and helpful. I received my package on the date that was stated, and on time. Thank you for everything, and having helpful people employed.

My package got lost (long story) and ended getting sent back. I emailed the company and heard back within 24 hours that they were going to send the package back! Very good service, quick and competent help, and I will be returning as a customer.

My experience with Best Price Nutrition was as good as any can be! Shortly after I placed my order, the product availability changed to out-of-stock. I contacted support about the delay and they responded very quickly and kept me informed about the status of my order and when they would be getting resupplied. While waiting to be resupplied, they gave me the option of sending me a similar product, but I opted to wait. Within a few hours, they said the got resupplied and were shipping it to me immediately! I received it a couple of days later. I am quite pleased with my experience and the effectiveness of the product, so I will definitely order again! My thanks to Amber W. at the warehouse!!
