There was some confusion about the order but the representative was very responsive to my queries. I appreciated being kept up to date on my order, which arrived right outside my condo door, as promised.
I had a very poor experience. It took 5 emails to finally get the return mailer and then they charged a return shipping fee of $23 on a $52 item,, Add insult to injury, it was defective as the screws didn't work but wanted to pay me $5 to keep it or charge me $23 to return something I didn't want. I would not deal with them again.
Website was very easy to use and coupons plus free shipping made it a no-brainer to choose this company for my purchase.

Item arrived damaged. Return policy ridiculous. Who has a photographer around to take pictures of the product sent. Why don't you check your merchandise before shipping. We sent the item back and we should get a full refund plus our shipping cost. No refund to us for our cost of return shipping! Not cool!
