Never again. Product is cheap and you would think with all the parts send, you might get a diagram or instructions!! NOW try to return it and thats a real issue. I now have had to involve paypal to help me. The customer service of this company(costway) is horrendous. Run away and find a company with good customer service.
Fairly easy to assemble. All our Velcro came off, not undone, within a couple of hours. We had to tape all the corners to keep it secure.
We ordered the 10 x 30 Canopy Tent with 5 sides. The tent arrived before the expected time and that was great. When we began to set up our tent we had no instructions inside. With a 10 x 30 canopy you have a lot of parts to fit together which made it very difficult to piece together and assemble. We contacted the company and the instructions were emailed. Now that I have the instructions the second time I assembled the tent it took less than 30 minutes to put up, it was great. I had an issue with the connector pieces, a few cracked. I contacted the company again and with excellent communication we had the issue all taken care of, the company sent out new pieces within a day of our communication. My experience working with the company when we had an issue was outstanding, I have never had a company that communicated with me so quick and with such great professional manor. They were very, very helpful to resolve my issues. It all worked out and the tent was great and will be used many more times in the future. This was a great company to work with...
Canopy was shipped quickly, and looked fantastic. I pulled the canopy snug over the inner support, tightened all the velcro straps and locked bars out. However when the first rain came it collapsed.
From ordering to receiving product all went very smooth and very timely! Cannot review product yet since I haven’t had chance to use it . Will order from this company again though based on this order.
Received on time as scheduled. Instructions could use a little more detail. Relatively easy to assemble. Worthwhile purchase.
