Did not arrive as said! And didn’t even bother to send an email say it will be late!!! My 3 years old was disappointed

They were very fast on shipping the items to me. The product came in good shape. The only problem was that we did not get a packing slip or a statement with the packaging.

The website says "Delivered within 3-5 Business Days" I ordered Sunday which gave them a full 5 days to get everything to me, the condenser shows up Thursday, the inside unit doesn't show up till the following Wednesday, the tracking # provided showed no movement (just label created) in the unit until the Friday (5 days after ordered) before it was delivered. so more than likely it sat in their warehouse till the Friday it showed movement. the communication with them is terrible. the price was great, but they lack in so many other ways. if your in a hurry you might be better off finding another source. as I was, with a unit down and 100 degree temps

I’ve found a new favorite online store! I ordered an electric car for my 4 year old grandson in New York … I’m in Arizona … based on the cars description (excellent) and the companies customer service response (superb). I had all of my questions answered promptly and, most important, accurately. The item arrived on my grandson’s doorstep by FedEx in a few days (free shipping, company takes care of sales tax) and my daughter-in-law said the toy was easy to put together. Needless to say, my grandson loves it! I highly recommend Bestoutdor.

Terrible service customer service sucks Amanda is a bully and I spoke to a manager named cherry who guaranteed me a full refund which never happened!! I have a broken jeep they keep sending wrong parts … even after I sent a video !! They want me to send jeep back with no box then I get a refund!! All they do is lie .. I would research before u ever buy from them !! Terrible service !!! My experience has sucked and my kid can’t enjoy something I spent a lot of money on !!! And they don’t care !!! You can’t understand anything they say !!’ Don’t waste your money!!! Yes u finally told me I didn’t need a box but seriously after all the lies and bs I have had to put up with from Amanda and the bullying.. do u really think I’m going to trust you … and sending something back and be stiffed again … nope all ur company does is take and lie !!

While the Costway umbrella met our needs, the instructions leave a LOT to be desired. I had issues with the weighted base for the umbrella. One of the four baseplates had a leak. I first went through Costway and then Bestoutdoor took over. I ended up fixing the defective plate because I was told it would be at least a month for a replacement. I was notified I would be getting a $10.00 credit for the plate. A lot of emails back and forth was not ideal. My suggestion would be to fill the weight plates with sand. It is not convenient and Costway would be better served to design a better way to fill the base plates. It’s made in China so that and the instructions probably won’t happen.

Purchased a ride-on 24v Toyota Hilux. It arrived within 7 days and was easy to assemble. The kids love it and it has plenty of battery life and power.

ordered 20 inch lounge chairs they claim no longer available but sent wrong one anyway

This tent is worthless in a 10+ mphwind! Total waste of money if you live on the east coast of Florida!

I would definitely buy from this company again! Apparently I placed an order with the wrong color contacted customer service they were great and quick to respond!

I love my chairs they comfortable and light weight also the color goes with my table cloth I will be purchasing other things from this store and delivery was fast.

Received 2 outdoor chairs-loungers 1 chair was damaged scratched and dented - contacted company-customer services is excellent-replied right away and as per my choice I received discounts I’m satisfied . Will recommend this company

The outdoor furniture set arrived fairly quickly and it was packaged nicely. The table was very easy to assemble. The chairs were a little more challenging but with two people it was manageable. Upon arrival there was a stain on one cushion, but I contacted customer service and they offered to replace it. They responded in a timely manner and were eager to resolve the issue. The table and chairs are well-made And comfortable.

I had an issue with the patio swing I ordered having two of the same part, which meant it was missing a part I needed. I contacted them and they quickly worked to remedy the problem and made sure I was happy with the proposed solution. They are shipping me another entire swing since they couldn’t locate the individual part. I would buy from them again since they worked so hard to make it right even though they are probably taking a loss on my order.

I was truly pleased with the delivery and the purchase very timely and no delays from purchase to receipt

Shipping was delayed and once delivered our gazebo had a bunch of damage on it. Customer service is no help at all only offering us $10 refund or the option to return if brand new and undamaged. Not possible, as it's been partially installed and already damaged which was not done by us!!! Completely frustrated and sick over the $700 we spent on a product we're very dissatisfied with.

Great umbrella both In Quality and coverage. - will be buying another one!
