Arrived following day by DPD courier. Excellent safe protective packaging. Having read your Facebook comments about alcohol content perhaps clearer labeling regarding percentage alcohol level and correct United Kingdom interpretation of % as v/v or w/w on label on bottles would remove confusion and perception of efficacy. Perhaps a optional extra pump should be offered to fit on the same bottle could be sold ? Very satisfied with purchase and when needed will buy again
