Bought N95 mask from Benessence in June2020, out of ten masks ordered, one mask seal was broken. However, the product was delivered on time. The company apologised and refunded my money.
Bought some items from Benessence for first time. Best prices on the market and the items arrived very quickly. Only thing that was misleading was that their Google advertising said new customers get 10% off first order. Apparently that isn't so and they nothing about this. However they did offer 10% off some other items but not the ones i bought.
Really pleased with the shampoo and mask. My hair left soft and smell nice.

Great product and certainly value for money but, I did have concerns over the fact that the sanitiser was advertised as 71.2% and it states 60% on the bottle, that said I contacted Benessence and they explained that the alcohol content can be measured in two ways and that’s by volume or by weight, which one is which tho I have no idea. The delivery was a day late too, not that I mind but for 24 hours I did wonder whether my order was actually going to arrive. It did and I’m happy with it
