I’ve had over 95% satisfaction rate with belong and it’s staff. The idea of the company and what it represents is outstanding and beneficial to every homeowner along with renters of every budget. I’m sure the employees on the East Coast has it much easier than this West Coast. I’ve had many great experiences and just a few that did not meet my expectations, with that being said, when you take the time to deal with the upper echelon of Management, you’ll get the results you need and encounter some spectacular employees of Belong such as Daniella (5 stars = always above & beyond), Hunter 5*, Karen 5*, and last, but not least Santiago.
