The agent was very pleasant and helpful, she answered our questions, concerns to the best of her abilities. I was told that she would check into my questions and concerns. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything about those after I visited the property. I did give it a few days to allow time to gather information ect. I did get my answers when I emailed them and got a response rather quickly. That was very helpful. As for some other companies still yet have responded to similar questions and concerns so I really appreciate the agency staff members for their support and services..Overall I'm very pleased. I can't speak on behalf of how things are handle after I apply for a property.

I want to note that the technician who came by to repair our shower head did an incredible job. He was very knowledgeable in the skill, he explained to us what the problem was, and also when he was going to fix the issue, etc.
