Excellent customer service
The only reason this isn't five stars is because I don't want to encourage people to think they can't improve any more. There's always room for improvement, but the service was very good. Impeccable in fact if it weren't for a wee moment where my card details had to be repeated but that's hardly the end of the world.
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the activities but as a National booking site didn’t have detailed knowledge of local sites.
The guy who booked in the party for my son was great. Easy booking and good price. Can't wait to go 😊

I have booked a paintball day at Bedlam for the past two years as a school end of term extra-curricular experience. From start to finish the process of organising the day was easy and totally professional. The staff could not have been be more helpful in answering my list of questions. On the day itself both the pupils and the staff had a wonderful exhilarating experience in a controlled, safe and fun environment. In response to many requests I am now in the process of planning our next school paintballing day at Bedlam!

With regards our booking, it was a friendly helpful service, however, I feel some details were very 'cleverly' left out of the conversation, I.e. I can save you 50p per booking (but I won't mention the whopping £7.00 booking fee?????) so, yes friendly, but quite annoyed too!
