I loved the fact that I was answered immediately by a realperson, no phone options or waiting in a cue. Good service. Though a bit too keen in so far as inbox flooded with their emails, same with phone messages. At no point was it disclosed to me that they are an agency and not the call centre for a nationwide company with lots of venues. So one ends up paying fees/commission.

The booking went well. I'm afraid I didn't make things easy for the man cos I was booking this for my grandsons 18th birthday' and wasn't sure of a couple things he asked me. He was very patient with me. All in all it was a successful phone call.
