Got beautifully made little wooden reindeer for glasses which are personalised. Loved everything about them. Delicate, perfect size and great personalisation as well as a little free gift. Would use business again in a heartbeat.
The product and post sales customer service is excellent. The only warning/advice I would give is on potentially lengthy turnaround times. Their website fairly states they need up to 7 days processing, with postage time on top. Just due to where weekends dropped and the timing of my order, my product took 9 working days (and 13 total days) to arrive in my letterbox after placing an order - just make sure you order in good time!
You are amazing! I’ve been looking for name plaques on and off for three years and I’d never really settled on one. I’ve just received my name plaques and I can’t believe the quality. It is absolutely beyond anything I’d expected and I’m just so so happy with them both. Even how they were packaged was impressive. THANK YOU. I am over the moon.

Really cute board that will be used for years to come! Came really fast despite me leaving it to the last minute, woops! There’s a little note in there that says wipe off immediately…..and it really does mean immediately! I left mine 2 days and it’s stained, but I can just pop a bit of chalk paint on top and it’ll be fine.
The back to school board is beautiful and I can’t wait to use it every September. Great service and quick delivery. I added the chalk pen to my order and it worked really well. The box it came in will be useful for packing it away until next year. Thank you!
