Over the moon with the products I ordered from Bear and Rose. They are beautiful and I can't wait to put them on the table at Christmas. Still have not received my order. So cannot comment on your product. Suggest you use another delivery provider as your current one are not up to standard. My oder yas been with your delivery provider for a good few days now but they have failed to deliver trying to rearrange so hopefully I will receive it soon. It was a gift but unfortunately it is now late, so not a happy customer so far.
