Really excellent service from this company. I placed my first order, (with first-time buyer discount), over the recent long weekend. Colours on a website are often hard to judge, so I requested sample set to be sent before placing my order, (of four different items). Lucky I did as I found the ideal colour, but this only became obvious with the sample squares. Customer service was superb as they were flexible, and understanding, (sending samples first, allowing me to change the colours of my original order after I received the colour samples). Liaison by email was prompt, patient, polite and helpful. Goods arrived quickly. The items look just like the website. Will update my review once they are hanging on the wall.
