Product arrived promptly and looked just how I imagined it. The only thing I had an issue with was that it arrived partially damaged. I can only assume it was the fault of the courier but I wasn’t impressed.

We’ve just finished putting our wall slats up and we’re so pleased with it. The quality of the slats are perfect and once we got the first couple up in the wall, putting the rest up was easy. We ordered from Bear & Rose through Etsy and I accidentally had my old address as the shipping address. I contacted Bear & Rose as soon as I realised and got a reply virtually straight away asking for my correct address and reassuring it would be sent to that address. The wall slats were delivered in good time, in perfect condition and we’re over the moon with the outcome and the excellent service. Thanks so much B&R!

Amazing! This is our third order now. Ordered two name hoops for my childrens doors after seeing them on Instagram but couldn’t seem to find them on the website. I messaged and got a reply with a link to the product and the option of making them exactly like the ones I’d seen. They arrived a few days later. Excellent service and products. Would highly recommend.

I stumbled upon their website after a quick Google search as I hadn’t found a company who would ship overseas at a non extortionate price. Bear & Rose had the products and also ship overseas via DHL at a VERY reasonable rate. That was already a win in my books! After placing my order I received an email from Sarah showing me a mock up of what I had ordered as she wanted to check I was happy with the size. I’m so glad and thankful she did because I hadn’t realised I had made a mistake on my order. Their customer service is excellent. After a few emails back and forth, they provided me with a payment link so I could amend my order and get the bigger size I was looking for. Only about a week later I received my order via DHL and I could not be happier. I would 1000% recommend this company! Their quality is excellent and I am so in love with the items I’ve received. Packaging is also top quality! No damage on the way at all. Thank you so so much!! 🙏🏻☺️
